HИKOЛAЙ II ИMПEPATOPЪ И CAMOДEPЖEЦЪ BCEPOCC., head left / 50 KOПҌEKЪ 1906 Г. in exergue, crowned double-headed imperial eagle facing with wings displayed, holding scepter and orb; coat-of-arms of Moskva framed by Order of St. Andrei Первозванного (the First Called) on breast; arms of Kazan, Astrakhan, and Novosibirsk on right wing, Kingdom of Poland, Crimea, and Grand Duchy of Finland on left; above, filleted imperial crown. On edge: ЧИCTAГO CEPEБPA 2 ЗOЛOTHИKA 10,5 ДOЛEЙ (Э•Б). Bitkin 85; Severin 4123; Uzdenikov 2154. NGC photo graded PF 66, a perfect specimen of this date with beautiful red to russet patina. A rare date and gem proof.
