Geta. AD 209-211. Æ Sestertius (24.55 g, 5h). Rome mint. Struck AD 209-210. Laureate bust right, slight drapery / Geta and Caracalla standing vis-à-vis, each holding patera over a lighted tripod, Caracalla also holding baton; tibicina standing facing between, playing tibiae. RIC IV 156a; Banti 41. Good VF, untouched golden brown orichalcum surfaces, as the piece would have looked in ancient times, minor flan flaws and hairline flan cracks. Remarkably preserved original surfaces.
