KINGS of PARTHIA. Phraates IV. Circa 38-2 BC. BI Tetradrachm (12.86 g, 12h). Seleukeia on the Tigris mint. Dated Peritios(?) SE 287 (January, AD 25). Diademed and draped bust left, wart on forehead / Phraates seated right on throne, Athena standing left before him, presenting diadem and holding scepter; month and year in exergue. Cf.
