GEORGIUS III.D:G.MAG.BR.REX, laureate head of George III right, within agricultural wreath; scroll inscribed BOARD OF AGRICULTURE, ESTABL'D 23 AUG. 1793 / Draped female figure standing right, holding spade entwined with serpent; agricultural implements around, an empty scroll above for later inscription, VOTED__ in exergue. Edge: STRUCK IN THE MINT OF M. BOULTON [(SOHO)]. Eimer 853. EF, light hairlines, comes in original copper protective shell.

The earliest dated awarded specimen of this medal is 1801. Examples were probably made for presentation over the last two decades of the reign of George III. This example shows light die rust and die breaks.
