Pearl-diademed, draped, and cuirassed bust right / Valentinian standing facing, head right, holding labarum and Victory on globe; RT. Cf. RIC IX 7a (Light Miliarense); cf. RSC 17† (Light Miliarense). Toned, slightly irregular flan. VF. Extremely rare and unpublished for Rome mint.
