Laureate bust right, slight drapery on left shoulder / River-god Oiskos reclining left, head right, holding cornucopia, resting hand on urn from which water flows. Ruzicka, Serdica 20 var. (holding reed, resting elbow on urn); H&J, Serdica 12.8.32.1 var. (same); RPC IV.1 Online 7400 var. (same); Varbanov 1909 var. (same). Brown surfaces, pitting, patch of find patina, small flan crack. Near VF. Extremely rare, and likely unpublished variant of an already rare type.
