Constans. AD 337-350. AV Solidus (21mm, 4.51 g, 5h). Heraclea mint. Struck AD 337-340. Laurel and rosette-diademed, draped, and cuirassed bust right / Victory seated right on cuirass, supporting on her knee a shield inscribed VOT/ V/ MVLT/ X in four lines; to right, small genius standing left supporting the shield; MHR. RIC VIII 5; Depeyrot 1/3 (same obv. die). Some underlying luster and light toning, well centered and struck, some minor marks and light scratches, minor mark at edge. Good VF. Very rare. R4 in RIC and only six examples in Depeyrot. None in CoinArchives.
