Draped bust right / Pietas standing left, holding acerra (incense box) and sacrificing over lighted altar to left. RIC III 1756 (Aurelius); MIR 18, 11-6a; Banti 32. Green and brown patina, numerous cleaning scratches, earthen encrustation. Near VF. An impressively heavy sestertius.
