PHRYGIA, Apameia. Marcus Aurelius. As Caesar, AD 139-161. Æ (25mm, 6.56 g, 6h). Bare head right / Homonoia, veiled, standing left, extending left hand. RPC IV.2 Online 1738; SNG von Aulock 3496. Brown patina, minor pitting, area of weakness, flan flaw on reverse. VF. Rare. Every specimen studied has the same flan flaw on the reverse, it looks like Homonoia is holding a baton or short scepter near her hip.
