Medal Bar for Diplomatic Dress – Decorations of British India. 19th-20th century. Six Decorations. Five miniature versions of British civil honors attached by order ribbons to metal bar with clasp to be worn with civilian dress (two now detached). Medals include (from left to right):

Order of the Star of India (CSI)

Royal Victorian Order (MVO)

Order of the British Empire (military ribbon)

Gold Delhi Durbar of 1903 – 22k gold plated

Gold Dehli Durbar of 1911 – solid 22k gold (weight 8.20 g)

A separate Kaisar-i-Hind Gold Medal for Public Service in India – 22k gold plated.

Some deterioration to the ribbons. As made. A fascinating collection of civic medals for service to the British in India from 1861 to 1936.
