MAXIMUS AEGRIS AUXILIATOR ADEST, Aesculapius standing slightly right; head left, holding serpent-entwined staff set on ground; in background, arched chamber; to either side of Aesculapius, potted plants set on plinths; tick stops / LIBER INGRESSUS HORTI MED AMSTEL, crowned civic coat-of-arms set on base inscribed DAVID/WILLINCK/– 1770 – in three lines; crossed cornucopias and serpent-entwined staff behind.
