Diademed bust left; shield and lis-tipped scepter to left / + FRI EP INE : O STE, voided long cross; pellet in circle in center, fleur-de-lis (flanked by pellets) in angles. North 803; SCBC 1165. Some die wear, slightly wavy flan. Good VF. Rare.
