Caracalla. AD 198-217. AR Denarius (19mm, 3.19 g, 12h). Laodicea ad Mare mint. Struck AD 199. Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right / Spes walking left, holding flower in right hand, raising hem of skirt with left. RIC IV 341b; RSC 600a. Good VF, toned. Well struck and attractive.
