D N VALENTIN IANVS P F AVG, pearl-diademed, helmeted, and cuirassed bust facing slightly right, holding spear over shoulder and shield; diadem ribbons to left / SALVS REI PVBLICAE, Theodosius II and Valentinian III enthroned facing, each nimbate and wearing consular robes, and holding mappa; star above; Γ//CONOB. RIC X 242; Depeyrot 79/2. Underlying luster, some faint scratches, minor edge bruise. Near EF.
