Diademed and draped bust left, wart on forehead, wearing short beard and torque ending in sea-horse or griffin / Phraates seated right on throne, Tyche standing left before him, presenting diadem and holding cornucopia; Є•(quadrate C) (year) below throne, (quadrate O)ΛΩ (month) in exergue.
