Half-length facing figure of the Theotokos, orans, within city walls with six towers; sigla: C(?) | •/*/N / Christ standing facing, crowning Andronicus and Michael, kneeling to left and right respectively, both wearing loros. DOC Class IIa 235-261 var. (unlisted sigla); PCPC 127 (cf. sigla 188-89 for similar right side sigla on hyperpyra of four towers); SB 2396. Toned, clipped. Good VF. Andronicus well-struck on the reverse.
