AYT KIC ΛA A[YP] KOMOΔOC, laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right, seen from behind / Eros standing right, with legs crossed, extinguishing torch set on low base. Varbanov, Philippopolis XI.52.1-2 var. (obv. legend); RPC IV.1 Online 7571 var. (bust, obv. legend); Mouchmov, Philippopolis 224-5 var. (same); Varbanov 1051-3 var. (same). Green patina with red. Good VF. Extremely rare variety, unpublished with this obverse legend and bust type.

Varbanov lists this reverse type as a Genius but it is more accurately referred to as Eros. Older references call him Thanatos but that has been corrected.
