D N FL CONSTANS AVG, rosette-diademed, draped, and cuirassed bust right / VRBS ROMA BEATA, Roma, helmeted, seated left on shield, holding Victory on globe right and scepter. Gnecchi II 32; Ntantalia 90 (V67/R60). Dark green-brown patina, some roughness. Near VF. Very rare.
