Bareheaded and draped bust right / Maximus standing left, holding baton and transverse spear; two signa to right. RIC IV 13 (Maximinus I); BMCRE 213-7 (Maximinus); Banti 6. Dark brown patina, smoothed, tooled. Good VF. Struck on a heavy flan.
