Struck late in the reign of Marcus Aurelius or early Commodus, circa AD 178-183. Draped bust right / On left, Hygieia standing facing, head right, feeding serpent from patera held in her arms; on right, Asklepios standing facing, head left, leaning on serpent-entwined staff to left. Hochard 2250 (D19/R33) = Kurth 72 = SNG von Aulock 3178 = RPC IV.2 Online 1496.1 (this coin). Brown patina with green, porosity, edge chip. VF. Unique – the sole example recorded in the primary references.
