M AVREL ANTONINVS PIVS AVG BRIT, laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right, seen from behind; bunch of grapes(?) added behind / Achilles slaying Queen Penthesilea who falls from her horse. Alföldi, Kontorniat 400 and pl. 168, 6. Dark green-brown patina. Good Fine. Extremely rare. Only one known to Alföldi in a public collection.
