Radiate, draped, and cuirassed bust right, seen from behind / River-god Karmeios reclining left, holding reed and cornucopia, resting elbow on urn from which water flows. RPC VII.1 799. Brown patina, some roughness. Near VF. Extremely rare, four recorded in RPC.
