Helmeted, draped, and cuirassed bust of Roma right; to right, spear / Tripod; above, two crossed palms. Hochard 1364 corr. (D–/R76; obv. die incorrectly numbered); Kurth 23; RPC IV.2 Online 17164. Earthen brown patina, light porosity. VF. Rare.

Hochard records two specimens of this type as well as one other with the Roma obverse type, assigning them all to obverse die D45. However, the plates show that the two specimens with the tripod type have different obverse dies, the second, as on this specimen, is shared by Hochard 1365 (Hades with Persephone).
