Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right / Hadrian, raising his right hand in salute and holding a scepter with his left, seated left on galley sailing left under direction of helmsman; vexillum on front deck, L I E (date) across upper field. Köln 1032 var. (placement of date); Dattari (Savio) 7527; K&G 32.513; RPC III 5785; Emmett 1127.15. Reddish-brown patina with touches of dark green. Near VF.
