Crowned facing bust, holding scepter / + PILLAm : ON : NE, cross pattée, with crosslet in angles. BMC 595 (same dies); North 959; SCBC 1340. Deeply toned, usual areas of weak strike, some ghosting. VF. This obverse die was also used at Carlisle (BMC 219-221). |
