BITHYNIA, Nicaea. Maximinus I. AD 235-238. Æ Diassarion (24mm, 7.56 g, 12h). Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right, seen from behind / Tyche(?), turreted, seated left, looking right, holding thyrsus and cornucopia. RG 648; RPC VI Online 3308. Brown patina with earthen highlights, bent flan, scratches and scrapes. Good VF. Very rare.
