Helmeted head of Athena Parthenos right / Owl standing right, head facing, on amphora; magistrates’ names across field; to left, Apollo standing left, holding bow; Λ on amphora, EM(?) below; all within wreath. Thompson 197 var. (control marks, same obv. die); HGC 4, 1635. Iridescent tone, hairlines, some weakness to strike. Good VF. |
