CRUSADERS, Antioch. Roger of Salerno. Regent, 1112-1119. Æ Follis (21.5mm, 5.40 g, 9h). Second type. The Theotokos standing facing, orans, +/[K]E BO/[HΘEITW/[C]WΔOVΛ[O]/[POTΓЄPIO/+] in five lines. Cf. Metcalf, Crusades89-94; CCS 8; Dow, ACTTB, p. 328 (this coin). Earthen dark brown patina, spots of stable green, reverse roughness and weakness. Good Fine.
