Faustina Junior. Augusta, AD 147-175. AR Denarius (19mm, 3.28 g, 6h). Rome mint. Struck under Antoninus Pius, circa AD 152-153. Draped bust right / PVDI CITIA, Pudicitia, veiled and draped, standing left, drawing out robe in front of face and raising hem of skirt. RIC III 507c (Pius); RSC 177. Attractive toning, some underlying luster, a couple of tiny deposits on obverse, hairline flan crack. EF. A beautiful portrait.
