Roman Glass. 3rd - 4th Centuries CE. (11.0 cm tall by 3.5 cm diameter). A molded vase in deep green glass. A thin tapered body with flat foot has a rounded shoulder. The neck extends upwards, slightly flaring. It terminates with no folding or trumpeting of the lip. The entire surface is dimpled. Earthen patina over green glass. Attractive in hand. Intact. |
