Eagle standing left on cactus, wings spread, grasping snake in beak and right talon / Radiate sun rising in background; locomotive right between two palm trees. BW 553; KM 466. Toned with some iridescence, fully lustrous. In NGC encapsulation 6206043-013, graded MS 66.

Mintage of 200,000 but poorly distributed with most held by the mint. 100,000 were melted for the 1968 Olympic 25 Pesos Commemorative (KM 479).
