Elagabalus. AD 218-222. Æ Limes Denarius (18mm, 2.26 g, 12h). Imitating an uncertain eastern mint issue of AD 218-219. Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right / Slow quadriga right, bearing the sacred stone of Emesa on which is an eagle, surrounded by four parasols. Cf. RIC IV 195; cf. RSC 268. Brown patina, struck slightly off center. Near VF.
