Laureate and cuirassed bust right, seen from behind / The Nymphaeum at Tarsus: Nymphaeum with central arch and niche to left and right each containing fountain; above each niche, quadriga of horses led outward by figure; above central arch, facing quadriga of elephants below statue of Skylla. RPC V.3 Online 84777; SNG BN 1505; SNG Levante 1045. Brown patina, porosity, scratches. Near Fine. Rare and interesting architectural type.
