Laureate head right / Hygieia standing right, feeding serpent from patera held in her arms; facing Asclepius standing facing, head let, leaning on serpent-entwined staff to left; between them, Telesphorus standing facing, wearing hooded mantle. Varbanov, Philippopolis XVII.16.1 (this coin); RPC VI Online 514; Mouchmov, Philippopolis –; Varbanov 1706 (this coin illustrated). Green patina, roughness, scratches, light smoothing. VF. Rare, Varbanov only records three specimens in his corpus.
