Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right, seen from the front / Astarte-Tyche standing facing, wearing turreted crown, extending her right hand to trophy to left, and holding transverse scepter; at her feet to left, Marsyas standing right, carrying wineskin over his shoulder with his hands raised; at her feet to right, murex shell; to right, Nike standing left on short column, crowning her with a wreath.
