CILICIA, Flaviopolis. Gallienus. AD 253-268. Æ (25mm, 8.44 g, 6h). Struck with Valerian I, as co-emperor. Dated CY 181 (AD 253/4). Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust right, seen from the front / Herakles standing facing, head right, leaning on club to left, lion’s skin draped over right arm; ЄT AΠP (date) across field. RPC X Online 60370 (this coin cited); SNG BN 2205; SNG Levante –; Dow, ACTTB, p. 196 (this coin). Blue-green patina, slight roughness. Near VF. Very rare, six known to RPC.
