Crowned and cuirassed facing bust, holding shield on shoulder / Large cross; pellets flanking across upper quarters; LV XM across, VNDI below; all within wreath with large central jewel. DOC 59; MIBE 20; SB 464. Toned, light porosity, bright surfaces, cleaning scratches, crystallized and thus fragile. Near EF. Very rare. Excellent condition for this very difficult issue. |
