SELEUKID EMPIRE. Antiochos II Theos. 261-246 BC. AR Tetradrachm (26.5mm, 16.69 g, 12h). Uncertain mint in the Hellespont (Lampsakos?). Diademed head right / Apollo, testing arrow and resting hand on grounded bow, seated left on omphalos; in exergue, dolphin left and IΣ. SC Ad112 (same dies as illustration); HGC 9, 236b. Faintly toned, a few minor flan flaws and a hint of porosity. EF. Very rare, two in CoinArchives.
