ANTONINVS PIVS AVG, laureate head right / PRINC IV [VENT], Septimius Severus, Caracalla, and Geta on horseback galloping right. Cf. RIC IV 102 (for obv. type) / 37b (Geta rev. type); cf. RSC 456a (same) / 162a (same). Toned, some roughness. VF. Extremely rare mule of Caracalla and Geta.
