Draped bust right, wearing stephane / Commodus and Antoninus as children seated vis-à-vis on draped pulvinar (throne), with stars above their heads. RIC III 1665 (Aurelius); MIR 18, 27-6b Diad.; Banti 102. Earthen green-brown patina with areas of red, minor porosity, edge marks, some light smoothing. VF.
