Hostilian. AD 251. AR Antoninianus (21mm, 3.43 g, 6h). Rome mint, 5th officina. 1st emission, mid to late AD 251. Radiate, draped, and cuirrased bust right / Securitas standing right, legs crossed, right hand on head and leaning left elbow on column to right. RIC IV 192 corr. (head right, not left); RSC 57; S 9585 (this coin illustrated). Toned, traces of deposits. Near EF. Illustrated in Roman Coins and Their Values III.
