EPEIROS, Ambrakia. Circa 404-360 BC. AR Stater (18.5mm, 8.48 g, 4h). Pegasos flying left; A below / Helmeted head of Athena right; A above; to left, retrograde Σ above thistle(?) branch; AH below. Ravel, Colts 93 (A44/P64); Pegasi 59; HGC 3, 206; BMC 3 (same dies). Old cabinet tone, with slight iridescence, compact flan, some die wear and a little off center on obverse. Good VF.
