Diademed head of the deified Alexander right, with horn of Ammon / Athena Nikephoros seated left, left arm resting on shield, transverse spear in background; Φ to outer left; to inner left, turreted head of Tyche right. Thompson 238 (same dies as illustration); cf. Müller 408 (tetradrachm); HGC 3, 1753e. Lovely deep iridescent tone. VF. Very rare, only one example in CoinArchives, none in ANS photofile. |
