Commemorative Series. AD 330-354. Æ Follis (13mm, 1.07 g, 6h). Contemporary imitation. Copying an official 1st officina issue of the Lugdunum (Lyon mint), struck under Constantine I, AD 330-331. Laureate, helmeted, and mantled bust of Constantinopolis left, holding scepter over shoulder / Victory standing left on prow, holding transverse spear and resting hand on shield set on ground to right; •PLG. Cf. RIC VII 246 (for official issue). Dark brown-green and coppery surfaces. Good VF.
