Female head facing slightly left, hair in ampyx, wearing single-pendant earring and necklace / Bearded head left, wearing crested Attic helmet, drapery around neck; FRNBZW (in Aramaic) to left, KLK (in Aramaic) to right. Casabonne Series 3; Moysey Issue 3, unlisted variety with legend separated; SNG BN –; SNG Levante –; SNG von Aulock –. Bright surfaces, minor flan flaws. EF. Very rare reverse variety for issue, which is typically found on Pharnabazos’s staters with Baal seated on the obverse. |
