Laureate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Gordian right, seen from behind vis à vis draped bust of Tranquillina, wearing stephane right / Demeter standing facing, head left, holding grain ears and serpent-entwined scepter. Karayotov II –; RPC VII.2 Online 1234; Varbanov 4191. Dark green patina, obverse die shift. Good VF. Rare. An attractive coin in hand.
