SAMARIA, “Middle Levantine” Series. Circa 375-333 BC. AR Tetartemorion (6mm, 0.16 g, 2h). Forepart of winged bull (or horse?) right / Facing head of lion within incuse square. Cf. Meshorer & Qedar 121 (for obv. type) and 164 (for rev. type); otherwise, unpublished in the standard references. Toned, irregular flan, some weakness to strike. VF. Very rare.
