Victory alighting slightly right, holding palm frond and olive branch, over Red Cross nurse lying on bower of flowers, palm fronds, and wreaths; rising sun and burning village in backgroudn; coats-of-arms and floral decorations in upper corners / Red cross nurse standing facing, head left, guiding blinded soldier with arm in sling and holding cane; above, AUX DAMES DE LA CROIX ROUGE divided by coat-of-arms; VIRTUS and CARITAS downward in fields, all on tabled with crossed oak and laurel branches. Edge: cornucopia and BRONZE. Brown surfaces. EF.
