Brown patina, pitting and roughness. Good Fine. Extremely rare, this reverse type is previously unknown at Philipoppolis.

Varbanov only records one other pentassarion for Crispina, with a Triptolemos reverse, known from only one specimen. This magistrate also struck coins in Hadrianopolis under Commodus.
