Laureate head of Zeus left / Warrior (Phemios) preparing to throw javelin right, holding shield and cloak, and wearing short sword in scabbard; [Φ sideways on ground line]. Liampi, Beitrag Group I; BCD Thessaly 27 var. (no Φ); HGC 4, 38; CNG E-510, lot 83 (same rev. die). Light iridescent tone, traces of find patina, slightly off center, some doubling and die wear on reverse. VF.
